Robin Bennett

Robin Bennett has a general corporate law practice, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisition. Prior to working with Diamond Law, Robin worked at Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton, representing sellers in M&A transactions ranging in size from $7.5 million to $300 million and in a variety of industries, including media, health and beauty products, manufacturing, and healthcare. Prior to Sheppard Mullin, Robin was an associate in the M&A practice at Cooley LLP, representing sellers and buyers in M&A transactions ranging from $13 million to $1 billion in primarily the high tech and biotech industries. Robin received her B.S. from Northwestern University and her J.D. from University of San Francisco Law School, and is licensed to practice law in California.
