Michelle Frost

Michelle Frost, as of counsel for Diamond Law, advises clients on a variety of different business structures and across abroad range of industries, including biotech and life sciences, tech, apparel, lending and venture funds.

Prior to joining Diamond Law, Michelle spent nine years at Emmet, Marvin & Martin LLP in the Corporate & Securities practice. While at Emmet, Michelle focused on corporate and securities transactions for foreign issuers interested in accessing the US markets, whether publicly or privately.

Michelle received her J.D. from New York Law School and served as the Chief Articles Editor for the New York Law School Journal of Human Rights, and was awarded the American Jurisprudence Award for Legal Writing & Research.
