Alla Kotlyarova

Alla Kotlyarova has been practicing law since 2006. Alla obtained her first law degree with honors in Ukraine and has been advising various businesses as legal counsel in Russia and Europe since, with a focus on commercial agreements, intellectual property and corporate matters.  After moving to the United States, Alla obtained her LL.M (Master of Laws) from California State University, Irvine, and now she is a proud member of California state bar.

Alla is a member of Diamond Law’s corporate and securities team, and represents clients in an array of general corporate work and transactions, including formations and financings.
